Hi, I'm Marta

I'm passionate about one thing: helping people change what once felt unchangeable. Whether it's anxiety, self-doubt, old habits or the quiet feeling of being stuck, the root is almost always the same — patterns of thought running below conscious awareness.

That's where NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and hypnotherapy come in. NLP works with the language and structure of your thinking; hypnotherapy works with the deeper, subconscious mind where habits and beliefs actually live. Combined, they create change that isn't just understood — it's felt.

All sessions take place over Zoom from my calm home practice, and every program includes daily text check-ins — because transformation doesn't happen in the session. It happens in the days between.

Does hypnotherapy really work over Zoom?

Yes — beautifully. Hypnosis is a natural state of focused relaxation, and most clients find it easier to reach at home, in their own comfortable space, than in an unfamiliar office. All you need is a quiet room, headphones and a stable connection.

Will I lose control or do things against my will?

No. Stage hypnosis has a lot to answer for! In clinical hypnotherapy you remain aware and in control the entire time. You can't be made to do anything against your values — your mind simply becomes more open to the changes you have chosen to make.

What exactly is NLP?

Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a practical approach to understanding how your thoughts, language and behaviours connect. It gives us precise tools to reframe limiting beliefs, dissolve unhelpful patterns and install more useful ones — fast.

How do the daily text check-ins work?

Each morning you'll receive a short prompt or practice from me via text or WhatsApp. You reply when it suits you, and I respond personally — typically within a few hours. It takes minutes a day and is consistently the part of the program clients say made the biggest difference.
